To complement a science unit on electricity, and a social studies unit on American symbols, students in Room 206 learned how to create complete circuits and circuits with switches using paper, copper tape, LED lights, and coin batteries. After creating a painting of the Statue of Liberty in art, they illuminated some aspect of their creation, applying their knowledge of electrical circuits.
